Dr. Fred Chay
Dr. Fred Chay has been in the ministry for 47 years. He has pastored churches in Arizona, California, and Texas and served as the Western Director of the Christian Medical Association. He was a professor of Theological Studies at Phoenix Seminary and the Director of the DMin program for over 20 years.
Dr. Chay is the founder and president of Grace Line, a non-profit ministry created to educate and equip pastors and parachurch leaders in a biblical theology of spiritual life motivation. He is also the Academic Dean, Dean of Doctor of Ministry Program, and Professor of Systematic and Pastoral Theology at Grace School of Theology.
Dr. Chay has authored several books including The Faith That Saves: The Nature of Faith in the New Testament, The Glorious Grace of God: Understanding Free Grace Theology, Legalism is Lethal, and Suffering Successfully: A Biblical Perspective. He is also one of the authors of Living by Grace and editor of the book, A Defence of Free Grace Theology.
