**Please pray for Stephanie Shepherd*. Stephanie will be having surgery on February 18 for breast cancer. Thankfully, the doctor caught it very early after an initial surgery but she needs to have a second surgery (with two weeks off work for recovery) so they can get wider margins around it and biopsy lymph nodes. Future treatment is still being determined for post-surgery, whether she will need both chemo and radiation.

Our loving sympathy is extended to Debbie Pitman, in the passing away of her mom, Mrs. Dellita “Dee” Sherman, last night in Memphis. Debbie stated this morning that already she is seeing the LORD’s lovingkindness in the way He is taking care of her family. Debbie says the family would appreciate continued prayer, as they meet at the funeral home at 2.00 this afternoon. Please pray for her Dad, Mr. Don Sherman, in the loss of his wife of nearly 70 years. Their 70th Anniversary would have been on Tuesday, February 18.

Debbie writes: “Hospice nurse just called me and she said my mom could pass away tonight, and if not tonight definitely in the next couple of days. I’m leaving for Memphis.” Debbie asks for prayers for safe travels, and that she arrives in time to say goodbye and to comfort her Dad. Please pray for the Sherman family in the days ahead. Our prayers are greatly appreciated.
